REACHING UP to God
in Worship

We like to call our Sunday worship style "warm liturgical." While we follow the church year in the planning and implementing of weekly encounters with God, we incorporate many worship forms and musical expressions.
Our goal is worship that brings us near to the heart of God and challenges us to respond as risk-takers, better prepared as people of God in the world around us.
You will find a fresh experience of faith every Sunday in worship at UBC.

REACHING IN to Each Other
through Fellowship and Spiritual Growth

Central to inreach is our Sunday School ministry, providing high-quality Bible-Centered Learning Experiences for all age groups on Sunday mornings. Other small-group ministries and studies are made available during the week.
In addition to these, you will find other opportunities to get to know people at deeper levels through times designed simply for fellowship and getting better acquainted.
Our folks will tell you this is truly a loving, caring fellowship of believers, ready and willing to be "family" to one another.

REACHING OUT to the World
with Ministry Action
 

Putting feet to our faith is an important value among the people at UBC. What we experience in worship, Bible study and fellowship activities must mature into doing something; James's admonition to "be doers of the Word, not hearers only" is paramount to the culmination of our plan to be a church that reaches.
After we have worshiped and grown spiritually, the next logical step is to extend the faith to others so they, too, might come to seek out God for themselves: "This is the kind the Father seeks to worship Him." (John 4:23b)
Thus re-begins the cycle of reaching.
