In 2025, our community lost several members who were experiencing or previously experienced homelessness.

To honor them and preserve their memories, Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness will host a candlelight vigil on Sunday, December 21, at 5pm--the Longest Night of the Year. Pastor Paul Burgess will assist in leading the service.

The vigil will be held in this year's cold weather cots location, 828 MLK Blvd, Chapel Hill.
